Helge Bruflot is a Nordic Project Manager who joined Canal Digital, now Allente, in 2012 as a CX Controller. Throughout his tenure, he has been involved in numerous CX projects with a focus on achieving optimal customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency.

In his current role, Helge serves as the Project Lead for the integration of boost.ai’s virtual agent into Allente’s digital customer service strategy, aimed to enhance customer experience with conversational AI. Prior to joining Allente, Helge was responsible for managing the workforce management and analytics team at one of Norway’s largest TV broadcasters.
