Anna Graham is part of the Speech Analytics team with British Gas, which provides insight and analysis to support performance improvement within the operation across a broad range of metrics. With a background in Consultative Sales and Area Management prior to five years spent at BG, Anna was also previously responsible for the continuous improvement of NPS within BG Classic Energy – Home Move and Complaints, as an Operational NPS Analyst.
