As the Speech Analytics Manager for Vanquis Bank Matt is responsible for leading the team and delivering the overall speech analytics strategy. He has been utilising CallMiner products for the last 6 years and has over 16 years’ experience of people leadership in contact centres across various roles. He’s passionate about showcasing insight at scale and the endless possibilities connected to Speech Analytics.

Outside of work his love for football has taken him to a grassroots football manager, and he also likes to spend time fishing when he gets the chance.
