He has had various leadership roles in that time across different financial services organisations covering end to end customer journeys from onboarding through to recoveries. Currently the Senior Customer Operations Manager for Vanquis Banking Group Stephen leads customer service and collections. He has been using speech analytics for the past 10 years in operations across two different organisations.
