Toni joined RSA in October 2020 as a fixed term contractor to implement speech analytics into RSA’s Personal Lines. This was for their Vulnerable Customer project. Since then, she has been involved in the implementation of CallMiner into RSA’s Commercial space, and production of omni-channel data insight into RSA’s Personal, Commercial and Claims departments providing actionable insights to inform and improve on operational practices.
