Amanda has been with Citation for over 6 years, working in campaigning and analysing outputs. Her role focuses on creating and managing different data campaigns within the contact centre, ensuring our salespeople are calling the right businesses at the right times and continually analysing the results to see where we can be even more effective. During the CallMiner project, Amanda played a key role in ensuring we accurately mapped our metadata to the correct fields and the right information was flowing through ready for constructing scorecards in CallMiner.
