Senior Analyst

Darren has worked at Ageas for 12 years across a variety of customer and non-customer facing roles.  In his position as the Senior Analyst on the speech analytics team, Darren’s role since 2019, when CallMiner was introduced to the company, is to work alongside the business to create and share meaningful insights that help drive efficiency benefits and remove failure demand.  As of last year, Darren has also led the implementation of CallMiner Coach within the contact centre, creating scorecards that have supported both a more tailored coaching experience, as well as improving customer service by enabling consultants to deliver the best possible service.
