David Smith

Team Leader

David has been working at Ageas for 14 years; 10 of those as a Team Leader. Working within the Customer Operations department, David is an experienced team leader and is a great believer that his role is about helping others reach their full potential through autonomy, coaching, empowerment, and engagement.

Since joining the working group for CallMiner last year, David understands the beneficial impact it can have on people within our business and hears firsthand, the positive results from the conversations with customers. Implementing Coach usage and engagement throughout his team and department was an important task to make sure our coaching sessions became more meaningful and purposeful.
