With over a decade in the world of Learning & Development and Speech Analytics Jason has spearheaded the creation of multiple successful departments in an ever expanding organisation as well as implementing Speech Analytics into each department pushing capabilities beyond expectations. Taking that experience he has gone on to implement speech analytics into established departments in two further businesses.
