Michael has been with specialist CX Davies Consulting for 7 years. During this period, he successfully established a CX practice in Canada. Returning to the UK after three years, he is responsible for leading larger CX transformation programmes.

 His wider experience spans 35 years of global customer management and consulting. Michael has worked in CX Operations in organisations such as Thomas Cook and Cable & Wireless prior to moving into Consulting where he has delivered major business transformations for Manulife, IKEA, RSA, Johnson Insurance, Ladbrokes, TUI Travel, Homeserve, British Gas, Vodafone, O2 and more.
