Paul has been the Planning Manager at Ageas for 14 years overseeing the planning teams across multiple sites and brands and has over 20 years of experience of Resource Planning within the financial sector. Paul’s role has developed over the years to be a key role in project deliveries and strategic changes to improve both customer and consultant engagement. Paul’s role with CallMiner was to improve operational engagement and usage focussing primarily on the rollout of the Coach functionality and the subsequent following scorecards.
